In order to showcase the positive spirit and outstanding achievements of our international students, and establish exemplary models among them, the university has decided to hold the selection for Excellent Undergraduate Students (International Students) of the Class of 2026. The relevant matters concerning the selection process are hereby notified as follows：

为展现我校留学生积极向上的精神风貌，树立优秀留学生典型，学校决定举办2026届beat365中文官方网站优秀留学生本科生毕业生评选活动。现将评选活动的有关事项通知如下：

1. Eligibility 评选对象

2026届本科毕业生（留学生），不含交流交换生。

Undergraduate graduates (international students) of the Class of 2026, excluding exchange students.

2. Selection Criteria 评选标准

● Be able to graduate in 2026 as required (if failing to graduate in 2026, the Excellent Graduate certificate will be revoked).

能够按规定在2026年毕业，如未能在2026年毕业将追回其获评的优秀毕业生证书；

● Demonstrate excellent performance in China, maintain a friendly attitude toward China, and have a passion for Chinese culture.

在华表现优秀，对华态度友好，热爱中华文化；

● Abide by Chinese laws and regulations as well as university rules and disciplines, show good conduct, have no record of illegal or disciplinary violations.

遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规，品行端正、表现良好，无违法犯罪记录和违规违纪行为；

● Complete all academic requirements in the curriculum on time, achieve excellent academic results, and possess strong learning ability and academic literacy.

按时修完培养计划中的全部学业，学习成绩优秀，且具有较强的学习能力与学术素养；

● In principle, have received honors or scholarships at the university level or above during the study period, or have made outstanding achievements in a particular field (supporting documentation required)

在校期间原则上应获得过校级及校级以上荣誉、奖学金，或在某一方面表现突出，并需提供证明材料；

● Actively participate in university public welfare activities, social practice activities, cultural and sports events, etc., be physically and mentally healthy, and have good overall quality.

积极参加学校各项公益活动、社会实践活动以及文体活动等，身心健康，具有良好综合素质；

● Application materials must be authentic and valid. If any falsification is found, the applicant will be disqualified from the selection and subject to corresponding disciplinary actions.

申报材料须真实有效，如经审核发现材料作假，取消本次评审资格，并给予相应校纪校规处理。

3.  Selection Procedure 选拔程序

Students intending to participate in the selection must register before 23:59, Tuesday, April 28th. The school will conduct a preliminary selection based on the applications (and may organize an in-person interview if necessary. The interview will be held from 13:30 to 14:30 on Thursday, April 30th in Conference Room A128 of our school). Only one candidate will ultimately be selected and recommended to the university for further evaluation. Specific details will be announced in a follow-up notice.

拟参加评选的同学须在 4月28日（星期二）23:59 前进行报名。学院将根据报名情况进行选拔（如有必要将组织线下面试，线下面试时间预计为4月30日（星期四） 13:30-14:30，地点学院A128会议室），最终确定1名候选人推荐至学校参与选拔。具体信息后续会再次进行通知。

4.  Application Materials 申请材料

All materials must be submitted through the registration link. The list of required materials and their corresponding requirements are as follows:

所有材料均通过报名链接提交，材料清单及相应要求如下：

● Academic transcript, issued and officially stamped by the school's Academic Affairs Office.

成绩单，由学院教务办出具并加盖公章。

● Stories of Growth and Achievement, please write according to the attachment in registration link.

成长成才故事，请参考报名链接中的附件进行撰写。

● Copies of certificates of awards at school level and above

校级及校级以上获奖证书复印件。

● Defense presentation: The defense duration should not exceed 3 minutes. This PPT is used to introduce your background in Chinese during the interview, helping the judges get to know you better (it is not the presentation for a thesis defense).

请准备不超过3分钟的展示PPT并使用中文介绍自己的基本情况、所获荣誉等。

5.  Honors and awards 荣誉与奖励

The university will present an honorary certificate and a prize to each winner.

学校为每位获奖者颁发荣誉证书。
